‘Save Maimonides’ is a grassroots effort led by Brooklyn community leaders and activists, and backed by philanthropists, to address the ongoing neglect and mismanagement at Brooklyn’s largest hospital and restore excellence to our beloved neighborhood hospital.
We are working with a broad coalition of local leaders and elected officials reflecting the unique diversity of Boro Park/Midwood, the neighborhoods the hospital serves. We all believe that we can and should do better for our communities.
As part of our efforts, we encourage individuals affected by the hospital to share their stories. Of course, we are accountable for the privacy and legal protection of those willing to come forward. Every experience shared contributes to our ongoing efforts to save lives in the future.
